Wilson Wine Experience, Harvest Dinner

As part of the Wilson Wine Experience, the Wilson Wine Dinners are a display of culinary excellence and wine pairing.  Located on the new patio at The Wilson Cafe and Tavern,  this outdoor event showcases an array of appetizers and food stations – sure to please the most exotic pallet.

Hosted by the city of Wilson, every Wilson Wine Dinner is a multi-course creation from Chef Shawn Davis using locally sourced ingredients.  Guests will enjoy dance music provided by a regional DJ.

Surf n Turf Skewers – Filet of beef and Shrimp
Grilled Oysters with Herb Umami Butter

Black Kale and Roasted Butternut Squash Salad
Golden Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
Cheese Raviolis with Duck Confit and English Peas
Maine Lobster Tails with a Cognac Lemon Butter
Wild Salmon with Caviar Cream
