1st Place $250 and trophy
2nd Place $150 and trophy
3rd Place $100 and trophy
Booth space 10 x10 = $25
You can cook chili on site or bring it from home.
Need enough chili for at least 75 servings (1/2 cup serving size)
Each competitor must sign a waiver.
All chili must be cooked from scratch. Fillers are welcomed (beans, rice, hominy, macaroni). Cooking and booth conditions will be inspected by judges to ensure cleanliness. Set up behind at 9 am 10/23. No earlier. Event begins at noon and judging will be at 2:00 pm. Head cooks meeting held at 10:30 am 10/23/21. Questions?
