The Hampson Archeological Museum, located on the Wilson Town Square, displays the archeological findings of Dr. James K. Hampson. At the Hampson Museum, you can view the artifacts found by Dr. Hampson and learn about the culture of the pre-Columbian people who inhabited the Arkansas Delta from 1400-1650 A.D. The Hampson Museum is free and open to the public Tuesday-Sunday, 8 AM-5 PM. The Museum also offers various classes that expand learning and historical research.
